Spa Policies

Blossom Therapeutic Spa is committed to providing you with the best service possible. Our therapists are here for you!  We honor you and your time and we ask the same of you.  We have great therapists and we would really like to keep them so please read about our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Must be 18 years or older or be accompanied by an adult to receive spa services.

Quiet Please: Cell phones must be turned OFF out of respect for other clients and the spa environment.

Speak Softly.

Children: Out of respect for the spa environment and other guests, we ask that you not bring small children with you to your appointment.

Gratuities:  Gratuity is not included in the price of our services.

Forms of payment:  We accept cash and major credit cards.  We also accept payments online on our scheduling page.  Online payments must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.

Late Arrivals:  We must stay on time out of respect for other guests and clients.  If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide the session as scheduled, however we cannot extend your time.  You are 100% responsible for payment of the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy

Blossom Therapeutic Spa requires a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments.  Our therapists are committed to being here  and we have reserved your appointment just for you.  We reserve the right to charge the full amount of your scheduled service for missed or cancelled appointments.

We will always try to fill your scheduled appointment however, if we are unable, you are still responsible for payment.

If you have a coupon, gift certificate, massage package or third party voucher, and you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment, your coupon, gift certificate, massage package session or third party voucher is considered "REDEEMED".

Packages, Coupons, Vouchers and Gift Certficates

If you have a coupon, gift certificate, massage package or third party voucher, please present at the time of your appointment.  Missed appointments (no shows & cancellations less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment) deem your coupon, gift certificate, massage package session or third party voucher invalid.

Packages may NOT be shared or split.  Each appointment in a package must be redeemed by the same customer.  (example: you have a package of 5 massages - only one client is allowed to use each of the 5 appointments purchased)

If for some reason a person is unable to use all of the sessions in a package, we will allow unused sessions to be gifted with prior approval and advance notice.  Sessions may only be gifted to one person, not split or divided among several.
